You may contact me confidentially by telephone or email. During our initial conversation I will ask for a very brief description of your reason for contacting me. If, on the basis of this, it seems that I may be able to help, we will arrange an assessment appointment. During this meeting we will further clarify your needs and goals, and we will begin to think about how we could work together to meet these.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and my fees for therapy and supervision are £55 per session.
